Terms & Conditions
Ordering, payment, delivery, returns and your rights when shopping with Door2Door in Nepal.
Last updated:
1. Shopping with Door2Door
These terms apply to purchases through the Door2Door storefront. We currently serve Nepal and show prices in Nepalese rupees (NPR). Please read the product description and checkout details before placing an order.
You must be legally able to make the purchase or have a parent or guardian supervise it. Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate contact and delivery details.
2. Product information and safe use
Product descriptions, ingredients, pack sizes and usage instructions help you choose the correct item. Packaging and colours can vary between batches or screens. We will not substitute a materially different item without your agreement.
Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, check ingredients and expiry information, and stop using a product if it causes irritation. Skincare descriptions are not personalised medical advice. Seek professional advice for a medical condition or known allergy.
3. Orders and availability
Review your selected products, quantities, address and total before submitting an order. An order acknowledgement records your request; stock and delivery availability may need confirmation before dispatch.
If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects your order, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction, alternative with your agreement, or cancellation and refund of any payment for the unfulfilled item.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in NPR. Your checkout shows the order total and any delivery charges or applicable discounts before you place the order. Promotions may have eligibility rules, expiry dates or usage limits shown with the offer.
Use only the payment methods offered at checkout. Where cash on delivery is available, payment is due as instructed for delivery. Where online payment is offered, the payment provider handles the transaction under its own applicable terms.
5. Delivery within Nepal
Delivery depends on the address, stock availability and courier coverage. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, rather than a guaranteed arrival time. We will communicate material delays where possible.
Provide an accessible delivery address and a reachable phone number. If an address needs correction or delivery cannot be completed, contact Door2Door promptly so that we can agree the next step and any charges before another delivery attempt.
6. Changing or cancelling an order
Contact Door2Door as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes are easier before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, the return process may apply instead. Any payment for an accepted cancellation will be refunded through an appropriate method.
7. Returns, damaged items and refunds
Door2Door advertises a 30-day return window. Request a return within 30 days of purchase and include your order number and the reason for the request. For change-of-mind returns, keep items unused, sealed and in their original packaging; opened personal-care products may not be suitable for resale.
If your item is damaged, defective, expired or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly and keep the product and packaging. Photos can help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, return or refund. Hygiene conditions do not remove your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds for approved returns are arranged after the return or issue has been assessed. We will explain the amount, method and expected processing time. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer remedies under Nepalese law.
8. Responsible use of the store
Do not submit fraudulent orders, misuse another person’s account, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access. Store content and branding may not be reused in a way that infringes the rights of Door2Door or the relevant product owner.
9. Questions, disputes and legal rights
Contact Door2Door with your order number and a clear explanation of any issue so that we can investigate and seek a fair resolution. Never share your password or payment verification codes.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nepal. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer protections or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You may seek help from the relevant consumer protection authority or a competent court if an issue remains unresolved.
10. Updates to these terms
The date on this page identifies the current version. Changes apply to future purchases; they do not retrospectively remove rights or agreed terms for an existing order.
